Class 3 License appertains to a small arms dealer who's paid a tax named the "Special Occupational Tax" to conduct business with machine guns and various other "National Firearms Act weapons." • Type eleven FFL pertains to an importer of Title one firearms, ammo and NFA Destructive Devices, but no other NFA

To obtain a Class 3 License SOT standing, you will want a dealer or manufacturer FFL that includes Type one, two, seven, eight, nine, ten or eleven – and pay an annual $500 tax due on every July 1. To obtain a Class two SOT standing, you want a manufacturer FFL, which includes Type seven, ten – and pay an annual $1000 or $500 ( reduced rate for tiny makers ) tax due each July 1. • Have not violated the regulations of the Arms Control Act.
• You wont lie on your application or fail to disclose information about yourself.
• You have an authorized place of business or premises to be used for conducting business or to its collection of weapons.

Moreover, once you have met these requirements, it shall also confirm that:

• Any business that you are operating with the intention to carry out at the place of the license is not prohibited under any state or local laws.
• That you will comply with any local or state laws that may apply to your company within 30 days of the approval of his license.
• You will not do any business until you have complied with all state and local laws that relate to your business.
